Return Policy

Canada and the USA


To request a return, you must submit your request within 10 days of the date that your order is delivered. Returns are issued as store credit in the form of a gift card, which will be emailed to you once your return has been processed. Your gift card will never expire. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Accessories are FINAL SALE.

To request a return, please submit your request within 10 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must be shipped back within 20 days of the date that the request was approved. After 20 days, the return label will expire and the return will no longer be eligible.


Before starting a return, please ensure that your order meets the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks or stains (including but not limited to makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, and sweat).
  • Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear.
  • The hygienic liner must still be secured on the swimwear.


Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns (this includes items purchased during our End of Season Sale, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday promotions). 

For hygienic  reasons, we reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the aforementioned criteria.


Canada


All returns from Canada are subject to a return fee of $12 CAD, and we do not refund any shipping fees. The return fee helps to cover, in part, the shipping label that we provide for you to ship your item(s) back to us and process your return.

Items bought on sale are FINAL SALE. Items bought with a discount code (such as our welcome code) are not considered final sale for the purposes of processing a return.


United States


All returns from the United States are subject to a return fee of $15 USD, and we do not refund any shipping fees. The return fee helps to cover, in part, the shipping label that we provide for you to ship your item(s) back to us and process your return.

Items bought on sale are FINAL SALE. Items bought with a discount code (such as our welcome code) are not considered final sale for the purposes of processing a return.


Returns Process


Please email customerservice@dolceleone.com to organize your return. Please include the following details in your email to us:

1. Order Number

2. The product you wish to return

3. Reason for return

Please allow 2 business days for us to respond to your return request. Once your request is received, we will issue you a shipping label to return your items. You must ship the item(s) within 20 days of submitting the return request. When we receive your item, we will evaluate your item and, in the event that it complies with our return requirements, you will be issued an electronic gift card for the amount of your item less any shipping fees that you originally incurred, and less our return fee. This electronic gift card does not expire and are not eligible for refunds or store credit. 

If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. 

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a photo of the damage or incorrect product that was received at customerservice@dolceleone.com, and we will rectify any issues as soon as possible.


Mexico, Australia, UK and Europe


Please note that all sales are FINAL SALE. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a photo of the damage or incorrect product that was received at customerservice@dolceleone.com, and we will rectify any issues as soon as possible.

Our little team works extremely hard to process and fulfill your orders as soon as possible. In the event that you need to modify a size in your order, or change the shipping address information, please be sure to email us at customerservice@dolceleone.com within ONE hour of placing your order, to ensure that we are able to update your information prior to your order being fulfilled.

If you email us later than one hour after placing your order, we cannot guarantee that any requested changes can be accommodated.

Orders may not be canceled once placed.


Pre-orders


Once your pre-order is placed, cancellations or changes may be made up until the point of fulfillment of your order. If you would like to cancel your pre-order or change the size of the product that you have pre-ordered, please email customerservice@dolceleone.com to assist as soon as possible. Please note that once you have received the email notifying you that your pre-order has been fulfilled, the Returns Process noted above applies.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet the provided timeline for delivery of your pre-order, you will receive a notification providing you with the opportunity to cancel your pre-order, if you wish. We hope this doesn’t happen, though! We are working really hard to get your pre-orders to you as soon as possible.
