2024 Wedding Don'ts

2023 Wedding Trends to Avoid for Your 2024 Wedding

2024 Brides - Your vision board has likely been influenced by the unforgettable weddings of 2023, such as Sofia Richie's luxury SOF wedding, Hannah Godwin's enchanting Parisian celebration, and Bridget Bahl's effortlessly chic Manhattan nuptials. However, trends change!  Here are some of the most popular 2023 trends you should avoid for your 2024 wedding:

  1. We hate to be the first to say it but champagne towers are getting a bit overdone.  We’ve seen really cool takes on it with a martini tower or espresso martini tower! We love a Bride channeling Samantha Jones energy and what better way to do that than with a Martini tower?!

  2. If you need to cut something from your wedding budget, cut the fancy dessert table.  From our experience, no one eats the desserts and it ain’t cheap!

  3. Fancy wedding invitations are a no-go in 2024.  Why spend a fortune on a custom card that your guests will throw out?! Also, if anyone doesn’t want to attend your wedding because you did an electronic invite, do you really want them at your wedding?

  4. Do yourself and your guests a favour and cancel the next day / hangover brunch.  We are all for channeling your main character energy all weekend but once the wedding is over, let people recover in the privacy of their own home. Sundays are meant for the couch, uber eats, and watching Taylor Swift watch NFL games!
