Return Policy

Canada & United States

To initiate a return or exchange, US customers can use our Return Portal. Canadian customers can start a return by emailing customerservice@dolceleone.com with their order number, the product(s) they would like to return, and the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must be submitted within 15 days of the date your order is delivered.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. All accessories (including the Audrey Sleeves) are FINAL SALE.

Before starting a return or exchange, please ensure that your order meets the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks or stains (including but not limited to makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, and sweat).
  • Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear.
  • The hygienic liner must still be secured to the swimwear.
  • Products must be returned in their Dolce Leone branded bags with the barcode attached.

For hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

All approved returns are issued as store credit. Store credit never expires.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes items purchased during our End of Season Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and any other sale promotions. Items purchased using a discount code (including welcome codes and promotional codes) are not considered sale items and remain eligible for return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined above.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email customerservice@dolceleone.com with photos of the issue and your order number. Our team will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

United States

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Return Portal.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a $15 USD handling fee. This fee helps cover, in part, the return shipping label we provide and the cost of processing your return.

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, your item(s) must be mailed back within 25 days. After 25 days, the return label will expire and the return or exchange will no longer be eligible for processing.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, and we confirm that it meets our return requirements, your return will be processed and you will receive an automated email containing your store credit.

Exchanges

Once your exchange item is received and inspected by our team, and we confirm that it meets our return requirements, your exchange order will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information once the exchange has been fulfilled.

Canada

To start a return, please email customerservice@dolceleone.com with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Product(s) you wish to return
  3. Reason for return

Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to respond.

Once your request has been approved, we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label.

All Canadian returns are subject to a $12 CAD handling fee. This fee helps cover, in part, the return shipping label we provide and the cost of processing your return.

Once your return request has been approved, your item(s) must be mailed back within 7 days. After 7 days, the return label will expire and the return will no longer be eligible for processing.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, and we confirm that it meets our return requirements, your store credit will be issued via email. Store credit never expires.

Mexico, Australia, UK and Europe


Please note that all sales are FINAL SALE. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a photo of the damage or incorrect product that was received at customerservice@dolceleone.com, and we will rectify any issues as soon as possible.

Our little team works extremely hard to process and fulfill your orders as soon as possible. In the event that you need to modify a size in your order, or change the shipping address information, please be sure to email us at customerservice@dolceleone.com within ONE hour of placing your order, to ensure that we are able to update your information prior to your order being fulfilled.

If you email us later than one hour after placing your order, we cannot guarantee that any requested changes can be accommodated.

Orders may not be canceled once placed.

Pre-orders


Once your pre-order is placed, cancellations or changes may be made up until the point of fulfillment of your order. If you would like to cancel your pre-order or change the size of the product that you have pre-ordered, please email customerservice@dolceleone.com to assist as soon as possible. Please note that once you have received the email notifying you that your pre-order has been fulfilled, the Returns Process noted above applies.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet the provided timeline for delivery of your pre-order, you will receive a notification providing you with the opportunity to cancel your pre-order, if you wish. We hope this doesn’t happen, though! We are working really hard to get your pre-orders to you as soon as possible.
