Many of our products are made with intricate detailing that must be handled with care. 

After exposure to chlorine or salt water, we recommend rinsing your swimsuit in cold water as soon as possible after use, and laying it flat to dry. 

To wash the swimsuit, hand wash it in cold water with a small amount of non bleach soap and lay it flat to dry. Do not iron, bleach, or tumble dry your swimsuit as this will compromise the elasticity of the fabric and the intricate detailing.

At Dolce Leone, we work extremely hard to process and fulfill your orders within 1-3 business days once your order is placed. Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received. Orders are not shipped on weekends.

Your pre-order will ship 1-3 business days after we receive the items. Please refer to the specific product page which will indicate the approximate timeline of when we expect to receive the products. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.  If there are other items in your order that are in stock at the time your order is placed, those items will ship along with your pre-order items. If you would like them shipped separately, please email us at customerservice@dolceleone.com

Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive a separate email indicating that your package has been shipped, and providing you with the tracking number associated with your order.

Short answer: If you’re a Canadian babe, no. If you’re an international babe, maybe.

Additional taxes, duties, or fees may apply for international shipments upon arrival. Dolce Leone is not responsible for additional costs incurred, and failure by the customer to pay such costs may result in the package being sent back to us. In this event, we will refund you the cost of your order less any additional shipping fees that were incurred when your order was shipped back to us.

We hope this isn’t the case! In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect product that you received at customerservice@dolceleone.com, and we will rectify any issues as soon as possible.

Due to the size of our company and being relatively new, we are still trying to get a grasp of our customer’s wants. If you want a product to come back in stock, let us know so that we can work to grow our inventory base based on customer demand. There may also be an option to pre-order a specific product. The specific product page will indicate the expected timeline of when we expect to receive the product. Once we receive the products, your pre-order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Our little team works extremely hard to process and fulfill your orders as soon as possible. In the event that you need to modify a size in your order, or change the shipping address information, please be sure to email us at customerservice@dolceleone.com within ONE hour of placing your order, to ensure that we are able to update your information prior to your order being fulfilled. 

If you email us later than one hour after placing your order, we cannot guarantee that any requested changes can be accommodated.

Orders may not be canceled once placed. 

Pre-orders

Once your pre-order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made. However, if you would like to change the size of the product that you have pre-ordered, please email customerservice@dolceleone.com to assist. 

In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet the provided timeline for delivery of your pre-order, you will receive a notification providing you with the opportunity to cancel your pre-order, if you wish. We hope this doesn’t happen, though! We are working really hard to get your pre-orders to you as soon as possible.
