 Before placing your order, please ensure that all information provided is accurate. Dolce Leone is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred in order to return the package back to us as a result of the inaccurate address information provided by the customer.  Dolce Leone is not responsible for packages that fail to reach the customer due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

 

At Dolce Leone, we work hard to process and fulfill your orders within 1-3 business days once your order is placed. Once your package has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number for your order. 

 

 
Standard shipping (4-6 business days) on orders below 175 USD for a flat rate of 10 USD;

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (4-6 business days) on orders over 175 USD.

Express shipping (2 business days) for a flat rate of 25 USD.

 
We offer the following shipping rates across Mexico: 

 
Standard shipping (4-20 business days) on orders below 100 USD for a flat rate of 10 USD; or 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (4-20 business days) on orders over 100 USD.

We offer the following shipping rates across the UK: 

Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) on orders below 100 GBP for a flat rate of 12 GBP; or 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (5-10 business days) on orders over 100 GBP.

We offer the following shipping rates across Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain:  

Standard Shipping (8-16 business days) on orders under 100 EUR for a flat rate of 20 EUR; or 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over 100 EUR.

 

We offer the following shipping rates across the Australia:  

Standard Shipping (11-15 business days) on orders below 100 AUD for a flat rate of 20 AUD; or

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (11-15 business days) on orders over 100 AUD.

 

Dolce Leone is not responsible for any packages that go missing (by theft or otherwise) once the shipping carrier indicates that the package has been delivered. 

Please note that all orders outside of Canada and the US may be subject to additional taxes, import duties, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We’re unable to estimate duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Dolce Leone Swim is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs processing, and failure by the customer to pay such costs may result in the package being sent back to us. In this event, we will refund you the cost of your order less the return cost and any additional shipping fees that were incurred when your order was shipped back to us. If you are unsure about these charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
